Very close to Aoraki Village and ****** Valley Track. There’s a restaurant just behind the motel in n walking distance. Motel looking at the snowy mountains, extraordinary views. Kind and friendly staff. Well- equipped kitchen and we were given a bottle of milk as welcoming drink.

lovely motel near Mount Cook, just the heater not that hot even turn to max 🥹 and no jeater in the bathroom too, it's a good to have esp during winter! will definitely return back to this motel if returning back to Mt Cook!

The service is great, the room is so comfortable, quite big, and the view is good. We did starglazing outside the room. However the bath tub and spa is not clean enough, we clean a while so overall it is fine.

Locale is good if you staying for the night after your ****** valley, Tasman area hikes… but do note the heavy restrictions on cooking though.

I booked a house clearly stated to accommodate five adults, and this was reflected in my booking. However, the system only asked for the names of two guests, so I entered two names. Upon arrival at the reception, I was told I needed to pay an additional $35 per person for the remaining three guests per night, so I paid additional $35x3x2=$210.00. I didn’t have a choice as it’s already dark and chilly cold at Mount Cook on 13 June. It’s dangerous to drive down at 5pm, so we paid. This was unexpected and disappointing — if the house is meant for five adults, I don’t understand why there’s an extra charge for the full number of guests I originally booked for. It feels misleading and somewhat unethical. I hope the property can clarify this policy and improve the booking process to avoid confusion for future guests. However, I would like to express the appreciation of Trip.com hotel agent’s help.

A nice place to stay away from everything

The location is very good, 5 minutes to cook Airport. Hygiene is also very clean. And the scenery is pretty good, generally speaking, it is awesome.

Great location with an amazing view. They gave me a bottle of milk during check-in, I loved it! Very clean and comfortable. Parking in front of your room.

This location is really super good, you get the view and from my bed, I could see the mountains! Reception has some snacks to purchase if you need too. The bed is also comfortable. Has an induction cooker top, nepresso machine, toaster and microwave. Toilet was also clean.

A big bathtub, and helpful info in a folder in the room.. Unfortunately we didn't get a good room that had a full on view of the glacier although we were told that all rooms had a good view..
