The location is good as it is close to the airport
It seems old and I didn't feel anything particularly good about it.
I don't have much to eat on the dinner menu.

The morning Bistro staff was WAY underprepared - new employees did not know where utensils were kept. Service was very, very slow. No supervisor to assist and pick up the slack.

We stayed here overnight due to a cancelled flight and was able to book this hotel for a high amount for less than a 4 hr stay. We got to the hotel and the person at the front desk was very unorganized and walked 3 couples to their room, stating the systems were down for the keys to the room. As I gave my name he looked at the computer and then said wait here that’s my last room let me check if it’s clean…..he then brought us to the room and told us we had no keys which was very strange. The room was not clean at all, someone had went to the bathroom in the toilet and the soap was open in the bathroom, this was not a good experience!!! I’m very disappointed in this and would like some type of refund!!

Check in people are always so nice and helpful. Bistro people aim to please and they do. Your shuttle service is prompt with great drivers. All around a great hotel to stay at when we fly out of Charlotte.

It oak 30 minutes to check in upon arrival with only one person working the desk. There was only person working the restaurant and the lobby was full of waiting guests. The hotel is in major need of renovations. The room smelled damp and the elevator is questionable.

Staff was very good but the facility really needs a makeover. My room had a smell I can’t quite put my finger on. The staff was very pleasant for sure.

Good to be close to the airport. Three things I should mention, though: 1) The sink only ran hot water. 2) The shower curtain did not fully close. Need to change the hanging rod and pair it with a non-elastic curtain. 3) The elevator smells really bad. Time for an inspection.

Airport shuttle never came to pick us up on arrival. We called 3 times and were told it was coming each time. We waited an hour. Took a cab eventually.
