Head to the nearby Charleston Harbor, beaches, Shem Creek boardwalk for gorgeous views and amazing sunsets! The space Enter the cottage from the beautiful, private courtyard area. On the first level, the cottage offers a bright, spacious and stylish living area with a fully equipped kitchen (including a fabulous coffee station), master bedroom with 1 queen bed, a private full bath and separate laundry. On the second level, a large bedroom features 2 queen beds, ensuite full bath, and remote work station with Wi-Fi. The front porch invites you to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea as you sit at the bistro table greeted by the native birds and the beauty of the garden flowers. It is also a perfect place for an evening of stargazing with your favorite glass of wine! Guest access Guests have their own private entrance, courtyard area and porch. Other things to note We have a strict “No pet policy”. All linens and towels are provided. There is a coffeemaker that brews a full pot of coffee or can brew a single cup of coffee using the K-cups. Enough coffee, filters and k-cups are provided to get you started. A french press is also available to make coffee in as well! The starter basics of soap, dish soap, shampoo & conditioner and laundry detergent are provided as well. There is also a washer and dryer. An outdoor shower is on the side of the cottage to wash off from the beach! The cottage was perfectly located with ease to downtown Charleston and Daniel Island. It is also adjacent to nearby grocery stores and restaurants in Mt. Pleasant. It was perfectly appointed with everything we required and more. We were completely satisfied and will return and also highly recommend this property for a quiet place nearby to all that Mt Pleasant and Charleston have to offer.

Fantastic stay, close to both downtown Charleston as well as the beach which was a plus. The cottage is well stocked, comfortable, and private. Communication with the owner was great. Overall loved our stay here!

Birthday Trip from Mississippi My husband and I took my mom for her birthday week since none of us had ever visited Charleston. The set-up of this cottage worked perfect for us. She had the downstairs bedroom and bathroom and we had the upstairs. It was nice to be in somewhat of a central location to all the places we wanted to visit. I ran in the neighborhood one morning and felt completely safe and then went to the Pitt St. Bridge another time for a run. I would definitely recommend this cottage if you want away from the busyness of downtown but close to multiple activities.

Clean and Cozy This was a beautiful property. It was modern on the inside. The outside porch and the garden area were beautiful. It is a great place for a small group. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed the stay.

Perfect Memorial Day weekend getaway spot! Cozy, clean and perfectly setup for a short stay with super easy check in/check out. Great use of space and super convenient location to IOP and Sullivan’s as well as many restaurants and shops in Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston, Would definitely come back and will recommend to friends!
