KKelinsuoerdeqiutianStayed an extra day and saw this place had good reviews, and it absolutely lived up to them! Setting everything else aside, the cleanliness here is definitely top-notch among all the hotels I've stayed at in Kuala Lumpur (Chinese businesses really excel, huh?) 👍🏻 The service was also impeccable. How could I not give it a good review? Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy. It was raining when I arrived, and I was worried the pool would be closed, but it was open, so I went and took some pictures. There's a convenience store on the 8th floor. I slept really well at night. If you arrive a bit early, the luggage attendant will even take your bags directly to your room. It was a very pleasant trip!

Location 5/5 surrounded by alot of different restaurants,cafe and minimart within walking distance. The registration counter located in the 24hour supermart at the lobby.
Service 5/5 by the foreign staff and the registration staff named Ali.Everything smooth and easy,a very pleasant experience.
Facilities 5/5 gym,clean and huge infinity swimming pool，co-worker room and playground.Room equipped with microwave,TV,heater,build-in induction cooker,washing machine,range hood and water boiler.
Amenities 5/5 Cutleries,bowls,cutting board,glasses and pot all provided.
Cleanliness:Can’t even find any dust in the room qnd the cleaners are polite.
Small advice for the owner:everything is perfect ,can provide tissue pack in the room.
Overall,happy staycation ～

GGarfieldtangI received a warm welcoming from the owner at the front lobby although checking in late. His friendly staff helped me to carry the luggage and showed me the room, totally impressed with the cleanliness, and unique Loft-designed apartment. The living hall on lower floor was well decorated with three sofas, a working table, a dining table supplemented with fridge, kettle, kitchen utensils and mineral water as well. The master bedroom on upper floor was spacious and comfortable with double wardrobe and air conditioner. Plus point was the amazing panoramic city view from the apartment. Access cards been given to ensure security and breakfasts were provided daily. The location was strategic, easily accessible to KLCC and Ampang area. Overall, this suit was a heaven, by its name, strongly recommended to all travellers (solo or couple or business or families) in KL.

AAxAx5Convenient location, spacious and clean rooms, complete amenities. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for cleaning and they don't change the towels. Luckily, we only stayed for two days; if we had stayed longer, we would have had to hire a cleaning service again. The Trip.com listing said cleaning was included every day, which was a little disappointing. Everything else was great. The hotel view is amazing and the swimming pool is beautiful.

AAnteepeeNice and very strategic place but a few things to take note of, the host does not have a self check in, and don’t have a check in counter as well, have to wait for a while for the service staff to come down for check in. The tower has 48 levels but only 4 lifts in service hence it always takes forever for the lift to arrive.

ZZiyoujiaobuTo be honest, I'm not really a fan of this apartment-style hotel. Although the room was fully equipped and the pool was decent, my first concern was the door-to-door room layout, which felt a bit inconvenient. Secondly, the front desk initially told me check-out was before 11 AM. It was only after I questioned why it wasn't the usual 12 PM that they agreed. Furthermore, the elevators in the higher floors seem to experience frequent malfunctions.

The hotel was located in an excellent location, being very close to the TRX mall and within walking distance to Pavilion. For the price we paid, the apartment was definitely worth it's value. The apartment itself was sufficiently equipped with amenities for our stay, and had a smart TV as well. We didn't encounter any problems with the apartment and it was very clean. The host himself was welcoming and easy to communicate with, and was able to help us check in with minimum fuss. I would recommend staying here to any others looking for accomodation in a strategic location.
