They upgraded the room (to one with a view of the Alqueva dam, the view, the sunrise and sunset, is breathtaking). Very good and varied breakfast, and it is possible to order other types of eggs and coffees in addition to the above. Possibility to use the swimming pool after checkout.

The room was very comfortable and extremely clean.

The hotel is beautifully blended with nature facing the amazing Alqueva. The staff were super friendly and responsive. It was my husband’s birthday and they offered to bring a small cake to celebrate, even though I had to make a change to plans they adapt perfectly and were very accommodating. The breakfast is amazing with super fresh produce. I will definitely come back.

The hotel is very clean, extremely quiet and the staff very pleasant. The dinner in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast had plenty of choices. We chose this as part of the Dark Sky route and it did not disappoint. Beautiful views both day and night. Excellent location. Full resort amenities available including pool, spa, etc.

I needed to take some days off, away from the city’s chaos and this place had everything I wanted! Super quiet, peaceful, comfortable, it allowed e me to sleep, relax, swim and eat with no rush. I was able to hear birds singing and also see the stars at night. Staff were always impeccable. If you are looking for a remote place to recharge, this is the spot!

We took one of the superior suites for my family and my parents. Great location if you have a car to immerse in the nature with all the comforts. We loved the surroundings and the ammenities of the hotel. Walk around the hotel is just beautiful. We had dinner in the restaurant and food and the service was excellent. We were specially pleased with the flexibility of the service to accomodate our needs ( like servicing dinner or breakfast in our room), as we were travelling with a toddler and that service really helped us to make our stay the best it could be. Thank you for the stay. Much appreciated. Diego
