We had a great stay, great location walking distance to the airport. Dissapointed that there was no indoor pool or sauna facilities. There was also no facilities for basic beauty treatments. Food was good and staff were helpful.

The hotel was extremely clean and modern, definitely worth it, however the service is non existent. I am from the UK and booked this hotel for a transiting flight, on the hotel website I was able to book the exact times I required the room (hour by hour) and on trip.com It was the standard check-in 2pm and exit 12pm the next day which does not work. After booking I emailed the hotel twice with no response to date and it’s been 3 weeks. When arriving at the hotel I had to wait 5 hours before I could have access to my room and I only stayed until my flight departure time which was a total of 10 hours out of the 22 hours which the room was booked for. In this case, not value for money. The service needs to improve, either have an instant chat or respond to email in a timely manner. There is a premium number which I did not ring since it would have cost a fortune!

The staff was really professional and very helpful the location was great we had a room with see view the pool was nice but not so lit the room looked really nice but the furniture is really old and the room cleaning was not 100% good I found so many insects 

Excellent room - modern and clean. Shower was excellent. Location is a little out of town but easy to take an Uber/taxi to get around.

Masha Allah, an excellent location in the city center, and all sites are close to you. The view, the hotel rooms after renovation, and the excellent treatment of the staff make me give it 9 out of 10.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, free parking, and connection to The Avenues Mall. The rooms overlook the sea, facing the mall. The hotel is very nice, especially on the upper floors. The reception staff are very respectful and helpful, especially Mohammed Bahraini and Abdul Karim Masri. The hotel offers a varied breakfast, with different main dishes served almost daily. Dinner is made to order, not a buffet, and the food was delicious. For those looking for tranquility and easy access to the mall or the city center, I recommend it, especially for families. The hotel lacks a spa service. It was a wonderful experience and worth repeating. Important note: Some rooms on the website are listed as accessible for people with special needs. Do not book them if you are not in a category that requires this, as they are generally not suitable for the average person in terms of closets, bathrooms, and beds. I hope the website will note this by stating that they are only for people with special needs. Thanks to the hotel management, especially Mr. Abdul Karim, for upgrading my room as soon as he learned of the notice. He handled the situation with professionalism and expertise and upgraded me, which made me very happy and made me permanently add the hotel to my favorites list and join Hilton membership.
