unreasonable cancellation policy Stay away Made a wrong booking , after 1 hour wanted to cancel, wrong seeblich hotels I booked , no help what so ever.. they refused to cancel the booking, never have I experience so bad costumers service , shame on you

Lovely hotel. Only disconnect we experienced is the fact that we initially received most likely the worst room in the entire hotel. After double checking my reservation, I asked the front desk to check my reservation and sure enough, I was moved to one of the nicer rooms. That should not happen in the hear 2023!

Hotel is nice and restaurant have good food. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Unfortenatly I forgots my brand new runningshoes on my balcony. I checked out ver early in morning, before reception/hotel was open. I noticed soon I forgot my runningshoes but could not get in to hotel because i left my key in reception. I called hotel when reception opened and told them to take care about my shoes. And I will come an pick them 1 week later. I asked receptionist to go to room and take my shoes to reception. He confirmed he will do. When I arrived to hotel today they dont have my shoes. The owner said they probably have throw the shoes in trash…, i dont belive her! My shoes costs 260 eur and was used 2 times on road. They look brand new and whit no dirt. Somebody is lying here… and I am very upset of the way the speak to me when I asked for my shoes

The hotel looks ok and generaly clean regardless of the fact that it needs deep renovation. If you look in the picture gallery on the website you will see several types of single and double rooms. Hower, in reality they have also a very basic and rather small rooms which are NOT listed on the hotel's website and on the reservation platforms like ***********. So what you see is not what you get. I was given one of those tiny rooms with a small bed and a small bathroom. Sleeping in such a bed is not a great experience, but it's manageable for a couple of nights. As far as I know most german peaople are generally tall, so I believe the beds in this type of room are suitable for kids who like to have their own hotel room or midgets. Anyway, what acually irritated me about this place is that when I found that the small fridge/minibar is not working and complained to the receptionist - she was like she don't give a crp about it. Very unprofessional lady who only cares to collect the money for the rooms and does not care about the customer experience. In a nutshell I was told that they do not sell the rooms with a fridge so she is not obliged to fix or replace it. She only offered me to take it out of the room if I don't need it as it is (piece of useless furniture) :) I asked if I can speak to her manager or the owner and she responded that she is the owner, so there is noone else to complain to. Then I asked for the contacts of the locat tourist association, but she said she does not know it and she was rude enough to show me that she is busy doing something more important. I travel alot across the EU, and I have seen a lot of different hotels with a price tag around EUR100, but this one is a disaster, especially due to the attitude of the owner.

An out of the way hotel, by a pretty lake. The room decor was sadly very dated. No aircon or fan on a hot night made it impossible to sleep. And you couldn't open the windows without getting eaten alive by the mosquitoes from the lake. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant great.

First we would like to address the few decent things about the hotel and that’s not a lot. The rooms are alright, nothing to complain about and the location is good. One thing to add to the rooms is that in two of our rooms, there was blood on sheets or the duvet. Now everything else is another story. The service is horrendous, the dark haired receptionist is rude and directly offensive. The receptionist is not cut out for the service business and should not be interacting with any guests at all, in our opinion. No matter what u asked for or about, the standard answer was “No!” The receptionist seemed annoyed that we arrived and when we had a question, she didn’t seem like, she wanted to listen. If this was the result of none of the staff could speak English, that we weren’t Germans or that she simply couldn’t be bothered, we don’t know. Furthermore, the “private beach” described on *********** doesn’t exist, it’s multiple small public beaches. The cleaning doesn’t respect “do not disturb“ signs, which in itself is shockingly bad. If you want to go to the beaches, remember to pack extra towels, because you can’t borrow any extra towels for the beach, as the standard answer again was “no!” Remember extra money, as all the water activities is of course extra cost. Of the three pedal-boats, only one was working and there is only two SUP boards. We decided to go home a day earlier than planned due to the negative atmosphere surrounding us. We would NOT recommend this hotel for anyone and would certainly never return. We hope that future guests reads this and can make a rational decision about staying at this hotel.
