Ibis Styles le Mans Sud Mulsanne

This hotel is part of the 24 Hour Circuit of Le Mans. If Your Into The Le Mans stay here. Parking is round the back of this hotel. There is a gym here but we did not have time to use it. Reception is located on your right in the corner of the main building from the car park. Not the building on its own in front of you that's the gym. Once in Reception you can help yourself to a drink of tea or water Our room was upstairs No Lifts here. We had a large king-size bed. The wardrobe has 8 hangers in total not very long this wardrobe. The room was bigger than our last hotel. No Tea or Coffee in the room. There was a Deak and Chair, TV. Bathroom has Shower gel and towels and a large shower. Although the shower not as good. Dinner was lovely the menu is on the wall outside of Reception so you can look before coming in And by the bar is a menu too. Recommend half board as your Starter is and extra €6.00. Mains and Dessert is included when you go half board. Drinks are extra plus tax. There is a bar and some swivel chairs with drivers names on the back of them. Lots of pictures of drivers including Steve MCQueen. We went half board and dinner is from 19:00 - 22:30 Monday to Saturday Only! Breakfast - Eggs, Bread, Yoghurt, Cheese, Ham, Croissant, Pain Au Chocolat, Cereal, Tea , Coffee and Juice. Everything was lovely. Food, Staff all the lovely pictures. Will come back if in the area.

Although we’re not big motorsport fans we were impressed with this 24 Le Mans themed hotel - similar in many respects to the excellent rugby themed Ibis Styles in Castelnaudary - and stayed one night as it was really well located on our French road trip. We skipped dinner although at breakfast talked with other Brits who stayed overnight who raved about their dinner. Breakfast was good, and with a very comfy bed, and free parking we would certainly making a point of staying again.

When we arrived, the staff were dumping an entire bed into a skip, retching visibly. Not sure what had happened the night before! The rooms and facilities are basic, but functional - we got a pretty good night's sleep and a decent, fresh brekky. This is Le Mans Classic weekend, but the racing decor is a bit over done for my tastes. The rooms and particularly the bathrooms are not cleaned and maintained to a decent standard - my wife had to ask for the bed linen to be changed on arrival as it was dirty. Many of the staff are great, but the more senior ones are grumpy and not hospitable. They don't respond well to guest issues - not really in the right job. At times I felt unwelcome. The balcony is a great place to watch the racing from, but was booked by a private party on one of the two racing evenings so don't count on this feature being available to you. During race weekends, the road closures for the circuit mean you have to travel 10-15 mins by car to get to the Sarthe circuit entrance.

Great place for an overnight stop. Looks a bit odd from the outside, however inside it was ideal. Warm (I stayed in February) clean, good service. Rooms with plenty of space, great shower good WiFi comfy bed. Excellent friendly service. Good sized car park adjacent to the hotel. Great food, I had dinner and breakfast. Definitely worth the slight detour from the motorway.

Stopped here enroute Milano to Cherbourg ferry. Quirky designed Hotel with Formula one theme, which works. Great dinner ( veal encroute) with fabulous friendly staff, Lia. And varied breakfast and good information from Reception regarding local attractions

We have stayed at this fantastic hotel several times in the past, and it never fails to impress us. This last visit was no exception. Dedicated and friendly staff, went to great trouble to make our visit amazing. The rooms are pristine, with huge comfortable beds and a very cleverly designed bathrooms. Our evening meals were beyond fabulous, the standard was exceptional. It would be difficult to find better food at twice the price!! The chef is a genius. The breakfast buffet was a complete delight, and set us up for the day. There is plenty of safe free parking too. We would highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely be back next year!!!
