Hotel not hygienic cockroaches in the hotel. Bathrooms smelling very bad due to lack of ventilation. Room fares too overpriced

They were not providing complimentary water in the room. There is no exaust fan working in the hotel. Room was not cleaned

Room was comfy compared to price Location is near to marol metro station walking 10 min distance Check in was smooth as well as staff behaviour is good Issues - Shower was not working Smart TV is not so smart getting lagged There was no remote in room when asked room attendant said he can't provide After reporting to reception they gave remote.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel elite 59 during a business assignment, and i must say, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel provided a comfortable and cozy environment that made my stay quite pleasant. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly cooperative, always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality truly enhanced my stay, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay.

The rooms are untidy. Air condition was continuously chilling the room without no switch to switch off. The flush of the toilet waited a long (like min 20 min ) to refill for nxt flush
