Ginger Mumbai Airport

Very delayed checked in. They sold rooms to first daily passengers. Very busy in breakfast and less staff to handle. Location and rooms are good enough.

This property is a budget hotel with a touch of luxury but not ok to run at 100% occupancy....the services and facilities crumble and there are several areas like just 1 restaurant for a 300+ room property that is not sufficient.

All very good. I really like the place...but getting into the toilet area with the entry door 🚪 was very difficult... maybe that door 🚪 should have been a sliding door.

Very close to AirPort good room and food Ambiance is good and easy to access market

Breakfast was the star of the stay. Room service average, Cleanliness was poor , ac duct vents were throwing dust. Washrooms were much congested and designed with incorrect ergonomics.

Overall good hotel for overnight stay and transit to airport. Not for family travel and staying for long duration.

Bathroom was clogging  Room are smaller  Amenities like slippers are placed in the room

I had booked a 3-day stay at Ginger Hotel Mumbai, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. While the room itself was acceptable (very small & okayish), the washroom was not clean and appeared very unhygienic. Within minutes of using it, I noticed a cockroach in the washroom, which was unacceptable. I could see the dirtiness and it was a tiny washroom. I immediately informed the reception and requested a refund. The manager showed me a few alternative rooms, but the washroom cleanliness issues seemed to persist. As a result, I decided to leave and book another hotel. I will NOT recommend this to anyone. Don’t believe the pics online . The refund was eventually processed, but the process was not straightforward and required multiple follow-ups. Overall, the poor cleanliness standards and the inconvenience of the refund process made for a very disappointing experience. I hope I get some compensation from Trip due to wated time n bad experience. I haven’t any tho.
