Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance & Lack of Support Upon arrival, our family was initially impressed with the property and checked into two booked apartments without issue. Unfortunately, the experience quickly deteriorated due to multiple unresolved problems and a lack of basic support. Day 1: Maintenance Issues Begin Shower drainage blocked in both our bedroom and our daughter’s. Water temperature in our daughter’s shower fluctuated dangerously. Main bedroom door handle broke. Only our shower was promptly fixed; our daughter’s remained unusable for two days, forcing her to use ours. Day 2: Poor Housekeeping Requested apartment cleaning was done carelessly, leaving visible dirt and mess. Day 3: Medical Emergency Mishandled My wife fell ill early morning. No staff available at reception; emergency contact number went unanswered. Security staff tried to assist but were limited in capability. After persistent requests, I was given the owner's number—calls went unanswered. Eventually, the owner's son contacted me and agreed to meet. He showed concern, but the owner himself appeared more focused on profit than resolving issues. The son was even reprimanded in front of me. Day 4: Departure Chaos No staff available to assist with check-out or luggage. Again, security staff had to step in. Additional Notes Both apartments had similar maintenance issues. The security staff, though helpful, are reportedly forced to work 20-hour shifts with only 4 hours of rest and no holiday pay—a deeply troubling practice that raises serious ethical concerns.

Best Apartment to stay in Mumbai Our stay was awesome , couldn't ask for anything more.
