MyOtel - Santacruz

The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean, just like a home. It had all the amenities I needed. I'm from Thailand and I loved it. I will definitely come back again.🥰

The staff are very friendly and did everything they could to try to fix the air conditioning, which was working intermittently, but in the end it wasn't resolved. The breakfast is completely inadequate, with very little choice and poor quality overall. Overall, I had a good stay and would consider staying there again.

Hotel seems newly furnished, staff was kind and helpful. The hotels rooms on the ground floor can be noisy and has limited privacy if you open the curtains (especially room 109). Room was not fully clean tho, but it was sufficient as they cleaned it last minute at night time for me. I think if you have a room on a higher floor and cleaned wel, then it’s a superb choice for the price you pay. The gatekeeper greeted me every time when passing by with a smile and “namaste”, great guy!

When i visited the Hotel for check-in the reception said that my booking was not showing in their website, however they were kind enough for us to shift in a shared studio apartment but we faced a lot of inconvenience due to this & it was very exhausting for us to travel to their apartment, also it was very difficult for us to order anything as the appartment was very inside & it was very difficult to find it out. We felt more discomfort because of other people staying in the other room & it was not sound proof we were able to hear them talk. Every time we had to go out we had to call the caretaker to open the door as there were no keys of the main door given to us.
