Hotel Crystal Luxury Inn- Bandra

Light were not good and tap were broken even no mirror on room .even dispute on there GST bill they provide me another amount bill

Clean rooms, kind staff, prompt service. There was a problem with the geyser, and they came to fix it immediately at 2.30 am. Good service. Close to Bandra Railway station.

This is opposite of luxury. Very dirty and had cockroach in bathroom. Building itself also dirty as well

They have no facilities to provide to the customers and their answers were not acceptable. They denied for every single basic service. ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL TO STAY IN BANDRA!!!!!!!! I have never seen a hotel where you book a room for 3 persons from and they will ask for more money if you really want a room with a bed for 3 persons. They asked me to pay extra money to continue this purchase; otherwise, stay in a small room with a mattress to sleep in. I had no option. I came late night to sleep in the room; my checkin was at noon, but at night, when I reached there, I had no option instead of continuing the room. They denied for basic needs like soap-shampoo and toothbrush kits, so next day I have to buy those on my own. I agreed to their terms and bought my needed materials and I was done with this kind of service and left the hotel the same day.
