Taj Lands End

The rooms are ageing. But still maintained somehow. I feel abit too high standard - staff tried to be friendly but their priority are VIPs than someone who is also actually paying for their stay.

Most stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.

A wonderful experiance, only issue was with the wine list and availability. Cashier forget to credit me the 25,000 pre payment I had made on arrival untill reminded. Very poor for a 5 star hotel

Old worn out hotel, overpriced looks like a train station, loud and one of the worst hotels in I have no idea why people come to stay in this old hotel, i will never come back

Amazing hotel with polite staff and great views . They took great care of us and the property is amazing too . Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, great food, though it feels old but quite spacious. Food in Trident BKC is tastier than Taj but living experience in Taj is luxurious.

Old hotel. Furnishing was old.  Staff at lobby looked overwhelmed and definitely didn’t demonstrate the usual taj warm welcome

Beautiful hotel and great location but service wasn’t great in parts. Mostly in the bar, restaurant for breakfast - very slow and also a lot of items not available. Our iron didn’t work in the room and they forgot to do the turndown service on night 1. We had a good stay but a few areas for improvement.

A wonderful weeklong stay, thanks to the entire team We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety. While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. A special shout-out to Mr. Umesh from housekeeping, who went out of his way to make a real difference to our stay. Thank you, Team Taj Lands End, for a memorable experience.
