I stayed at Ramees for 5 nights. First 2 nights I just slept thru as I had got very unwell. I was in room 404 and the noise from their parties upstairs was unbearable. The loud noise did not stop till 4am when I could then catch a wink. There is nowhere to sit and order coffee at reception like in most hotels. I was promised that I will be given the laundry invoices when I check out, these were omitted so I have no idea what they had charged me for. I had paid all night before and was given 2 invoices in the morning and took these in trust that these will be the laundry invoices and left as I had an Uber waiting to take me to the Airport. Upon checking in the car I realised they were not enclosed. Highly disappointing. To get to Airport hotel quoted me close to RS 2k in their car and Uber cost was only RS 399.00 Maybe something you need to keep in mind! I don't think I would stay here again as per unkept promises re invoices AND the level of noise ! The room cleaning staff were very polite.

Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

This hotel has got a night club which will disturb your sleep every night with its thumping music. The property has got building work being done to it. Therefore once banging noise during the day is prevalent. The room doors are not sound proof. Therefore one can hear people when they are talking in the corridor. Roadworks outside the hotel. Therefore access is more difficult.

Their housekeeping is really dodgy - I’ve had 10k rupees & a watch stolen from my own bags even when taking a quick dash out from the hotel & their duty managers weren’t able to investigate into it properly. I wasn’t given any compensation even when checking out. So safe to say I’m never staying at this hotel ever again. I highly discourage anyone to stay here!

The club room actually provided by the hotel is partially the same as the room specifications in the uploaded picture. The uploaded picture is actually not a club room but a Junior suit in their hotel. The size of the room is not the same from the soft package to the room space. Secondly, the hotel said that it has explained it on the platform. It has a bar, but it is not clearly marked as a DJ bar. The bar is open until 4:00 in the morning. The room is very noisy. There are drunk people in front of the hotel and the front hall. There are also crowds and police on the street in front of the hotel. On site, there was zero sense of security, the room had no privacy, no soundproofing, and it was rated 4 stars?
