All the staff were extremely helpful and their customer service was excellent.
Checking in and checkout was easy.
The breakfast was good and the staff there could not do enough to make it a good experience.
Arun was exceptional and must be commended on making all the guests feel comfortable.
The food was delicious and staff in the restaurant were good too.
Overall a great experience.

カールロード駅からホテルまでの道は最初は少し戸惑うけどインド的な道路横断方法に慣れてしまえばスイスイ歩ける。清掃はここはインドなので十分なレベル。フロントのサービスも良し。部屋の冷蔵庫が実質的に機能していなかった点だけ1点落として4点。暑いからキンキンに冷えた冷たい飲み物を飲みたい！っていう文化圏ではないから誰も冷蔵庫を気にしないのか？

Worst experience. This hotel is not ar all like the photos which seem to be 20 years old. Tiny tiny rooms, sad old chipped furniture, mold infested bathrooms, dirty floor. They are misleading guests with old photos. There should be a law or a condition from online marketing portals that all photos should be maximum a year old or thereabouts. This is a broken down hotel who had seen better days and is in dire need for a total refurbishment. I had paid for 3 days but left after 1 sleepless night. Of course no refund. They don't listen don't even admit the bad conditions.

v stay in this property near khar west as v have some important assignment in near by pd hinduja hospital . this is nice property in mid scale . management is good one specially shubham who r on reception took full care alongwith deepak & sandesh . what ever v need they provide service & breakfast quality was good too .

Awesome hotel in the heart of vibrant Mumbai!
What a fantastic stay – the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the bustling city, making it super convenient to explore Mumbai’s energy and charm. A big kudos to the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Special mention to Deepak, who truly goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and cared for.
