All the staff were extremely helpful and their customer service was excellent. Checking in and checkout was easy. The breakfast was good and the staff there could not do enough to make it a good experience. Arun was exceptional and must be commended on making all the guests feel comfortable. The food was delicious and staff in the restaurant were good too. Overall a great experience.

The road from Karl Road Station to the hotel is a little confusing at first, but once you get used to the Indian way of crossing the road, you can walk smoothly. The cleaning is adequate since this is India. The service at the front desk is also good. I took one point off for the fact that the refrigerator in the room was not actually functioning, so I'll give it four points. It's hot, so I want to drink ice-cold drinks! Is it because this is not a cultural area where no one cares about refrigerators?

It was a pleasant stay at Oriental visited with family. Equipped with basic amenities and reasonable room price. Food and service are good Special thanks to Mr. Arun at Soul restaurant very helpful and humble person. Cheers Team thanks for great hospitality

My 10-day stay at Oriental Residency was truly amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service, warm hospitality, and friendly staff. The food was outstanding, and I especially looked forward to the delicious breakfast every morning. The staff were always helpful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a wonderful experience. The front desk team was particularly supportive and always ready to assist with a smile. I am extremely happy with my stay, and whenever I visit Mumbai, Oriental Residency will always be my first choice. Highly recommended!

Warm hospitable staff. Buffet spread is very tasty and freshly made. Alam took care in arranging our room. We stayed for 2 nights.. Thnx

thought to mention cons before pros CONS Slow check in, first room allocated had bed side switch on one side only Towel rail is far from shower so if towel is not taken before shower one needs to walk to end to get towel. Hair drier also far away. Room was changed next day and that room had unfinished building work like no mirror in bathroom and safe not working. Room was changed again and that room was ok and comfortable PROS good location as many shops nearby and easy to travel from Staff were trying their best to help when asked. Food to order in room had good choice and was at reasonable price. There was adequate security at front gate Although issue with room initially we would stay here again when in Mumbai
