Hotel Sahara Star

The hotel is very beautiful but the room size is a bit small but room is good and bathroom should be renovated the restaurant are very good

The hotel is in a prime location as the airport is very nearby super good Hotel but need to do some maintenance.

Very poor service experience. My refrigerator stopped working, so I contacted the service team. They told me they were sending someone to fix it, but no one arrived. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called again to ask where the technician was. I was told that “the boy is on his way,” but still no one came. I was left unable to use my refrigerator for a long time. On top of that, the room was not properly cleaned. The furniture and carpets were extremely dirty. Overall, the service was very disappointing. The response time, communication, cleanliness, and customer service all need serious improvement.

The experience was extremely disappointing. The bathroom taps were broken, several lights were not working, and the cleanliness was simply pathetic. To make matters worse, we were served stale gulab jamun. Even after informing the staff, no action was taken to address the issues. The only positive aspect of the stay was the beautiful view from the room. Unfortunately, the view alone cannot make up for such poor maintenance and service.

Stay was good but property not upto the mark. Expectations not fully met. But the children games zone and other facilities were really good. Thank you.

The quality of hotel is more like a 3-star hotel. The service was very bad.. Got sick after eating breakfast.

Little delayed in house keeping and restaurant services but good location and good amenities

,The location is very good. The hotel is quite huge and might have been great in the past but the cleanliness or room quality is very old and average. It's definitely not bad but surely not like a 5 star, the way it looks in pictures.
