Very Disappointing Stay at Sahara Star I had a really bad experience during my stay at Sahara Star. In the middle of the night, while I was sleeping, I was harassed by the staff for ₹800 for laundry charges. This could have easily been discussed at checkout, but instead they chose to disturb my rest for something so minor and routine. To make things worse, when I tried to share my feedback during checkout, the staff member at the counter was rude, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to understand the inconvenience caused. For a hotel that positions itself as a premium property, this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Definitely not the experience one expects at Sahara Star, and I would not recommend staying here based on how guests are treated.

Hotel is quite old but still worth it for the vibe and ambiance. Definitely recommend staying as it is one of a kind hotel in all of India.
