No toothbrushes are provided. Hot water is available, but it's not very hot. Please be aware that the hotel is currently under renovation, and the entrance might be hard to find.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Bed was extremely small and room was dirty. Breakfast was very limited. Staff was friendly. Ok hotel but not 4 star.

I had a fantastic stay at the Shalimar Hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I’d like to give special thanks to Karan at the front desk, who promptly answered all my queries and kindly stored my baggage for a night while I explored the Mumbai region—saving me from carrying my luggage everywhere. The rooms were clean, fairly priced, and the hotel benefits from an excellent location in the city.

We stayed 3 nights at The Shalimar Hotel since we had some work going on at home. Exceptional. Very very nice. The rooms were comfortable and very tastefully done. The breakfast spread was really nice. The service was very good. You must try Cafe Calma for a good meal. The bakery and gelato shop had exceptional stuff. The only thing I missed was the spa. For sure next time. The staff were accommodating and courtesy. Would recommend this hotel anytime.

I returned to the shalimar and once again I was not disappointed. The rooms, location, and food are all reasons to stay at the shalimar.
