Exciting stay, was here for a business trip. Cafe Calma the best place to be at the hotel. Would love to get my family here for a stay.

Stayed at the Shalimar hotel once again last month. Was in the Egyptian Suite this time round, which had an authentic touch to it. Breakfast was good. The staff were as usual friendly, helpful and courteous. Happy to stay there time and again.

I just visited Shalimar hotel in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent. bsolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Hussain was a great help. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. I would love to visit again.

I stayed here for three nights and had an absolutely superb experience. From the moment I arrived, the security and hospitality were top-notch. The reception team was outstanding—professional, well-trained, and welcoming. Housekeeping maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout my stay. The food from the restaurant was delicious—every meal was a treat! A big thank you to the chefs for their fantastic culinary skills. The service was excellent as well—always delivered with a smile and a helpful attitude. I'm truly grateful to all the staff who made my stay so comfortable and homely. A special thanks to Front of House Manager, Mallika Gupte, for her exceptional hospitality.

The hotel itself is beautiful — elegant interiors, spotless rooms, and a calm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel at home while still offering the charm of a luxury stay. A special mention must go to Mallika, the Front Office Manager, whose hospitality and attention to detail truly made my experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure every request was met with efficiency and a smile, and her genuine care for guests shines through in every interaction. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about guest satisfaction, and Mallika is an absolute credit to the Shalimar team. The service across the hotel was consistently excellent — from the swift check-in process to the thoughtful little touches that made me feel valued as a guest.
