rooms are smelly, old poor maintained. but basic amenities are present. fridge, gyser, AC, cupboard with hangers present

The rooms were not as good as shown in the photos. The bathrooms were dirty, and I even spotted cockroaches. The overall hygiene was poor. Also, the location was not great, making the stay quite disappointing

Very bad experience with hotel staff ane recipnist. When i reach bombay n call them no body reddy to pick call ane one person took. A call after 2 hours n he denied we have no rooms hotel already booked ane recipnist said we have fire in our hotel last night n we not give a room r eddy our room. No body ressyvtobpick
