"Stayed for 3 nights.Awesome experience! Reception was welcoming and  the  rooms were big (particularly as it is right outside the arrival area of T1 terminal). Ample potable water provided for a family of 4.  Pitch dark functions were enabled for the curtains and the rooms were sound proof. Breakfast spread was adequate, and live counters were fabulous. Would love to have a few more options for fruits. A special call out for supporting  ‘divyang’’- what a lovely smile the young boy carried and we could interact in  sign language. Thanks to TATA ethos!"

"I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and even 6 star but this hotel deserve 7 star ranking in terms of their service, amenities, management, room layout and interior everything is just so more than perfect. In every hotel you can find atleast one mistake but here, no they are not gonna give any chance of disappointment. They all are very professionals and I really enjoyed my stay here. And I'll recommend everyone to go for this hotel without a second thought. Thank you for making everything very special"

"Bit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport. But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants. GGuest UserI stayed here on 4 Jan 2025. From outside it looked just an ordinary hotel. But when I went in, wow what an amazing hotel. My room was in the new building which is like a 5-star as soon as you enter the lobby. The room was big. Where can you find big rooms in Mumbai!!! But here it was. The interior was class. The reception stass was very helpful. The service boys helped me to take the luggage to the room. They kept my guests luggage as well while we were travelling around in Mumbai. The breakfast space is bit small but the breakfast was very nice. Omlette and dosa was the best. You rarely get a dosa for breakfast in a hotel, but here it was there. The check-in and check-out was easy. There are nice retaturants around the hotel- veg and non veg. I am very particular when I give 5 star rating to a hotel, but this one is worth a 6 star rating. YYUHotel facilities are old, and the various switch settings are quite different. The toilet pulls the door and does not move. The curtains and blinds were pulled up and put down for 5 minutes... The restaurant service was garbage. I ordered two dishes with the guests. After 40 minutes, the guests complained that the food was slow, and the waiter did not accept the account, causing the guests to be unhappy. Breakfast is not rich.

I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive. So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect. The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful. The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles. The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job. Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

FFRITZ GERALDTo be honest, I booked 2 Days before arrival for 08-11JAN25. There was nothing less 100 USD per night in Colaba. With my booking I was requesting a room with Kingsize bed on a higher floor. I got a Twin Room on lower floor! After complaining, the Manager Lady gave me a King Bed Room - but still 3. Floor! Guys, don't live on that low level at all! It was noicy all day and all night! Just between 02-05 AM I could sleep a bit! I think. lower then 6. Floor there is no daylight, no quietness and no chance to open the windows! No View of course (especailly no sea view as mentioned in the hotel description here)! At the end I enjoyed it a bit, cause most of the time I was outside Hotel anyway. A Hotelroom should be a heaven of peace, comfort and quietness! Last night both of my neighbor rooms where occupied with locals (men). I was in the middle! Talking, Drinking, cooking Rice and clapping the doors permanently! Crazy! So, be careful guys when booking this Hotel! Even its New (just 1 year old now)!
