The Lalit Mumbai ★★★★★
"Great room and great location...but the service was bit slow and the in room menu prices and quality I'd inversely proportionate."
The Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai ★★★★★
"A fabulous hotel with impeccable service. Staff are lovely and the hotel is stunning. Rooms are comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast is varied and delicious. You can order fresh masala dosa as well as eggs. The pool area is beautiful and I had a lovely morning swim. The water temperature was perfect. I only stayed for 1 night as this was a last-minute booking due to a cancelled flight; I'll definitely be returning to this hotel."
Niranta Transit Hotel Mumbai Airport - At Arrivals ★★★★
"Was expecting a cleaner hotel for an airport hotel and due to the expensive price... but was very disappointed... for people with early flight u only get toast and coffee for breakfast despite paying the breakfast cost... when requested an egg they refused saying 5am is too early... room very dusty looks like they only change bedsheets after a stay but no deep cleaning... very very disappointed"

Credit goes to all and specially to Shrayas and Alisha on the front house who helped me with so many things including booking my additional flights. The breakfast was 10/10 and missing my stay there already and not even been 24 hours. The location is perfect and they accommodate for anyone. The rooms are so clean and modern and I enjoyed sitting in the room time to time as it was so peaceful and nice. Highly recommend this hotel."

Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport by IHG
"Disappointing service and required to make multiple calls to get room service. At the checkout, the staff was not capable of offering timely service and while serving to me, other client was also entertained which I found strange customer service. The staff was unable to release blocked money and as of today it has not been released. Finally, the staff did take a long time in producing invoice and still haven’t received an email for the invoice. The management needs to pay attention to training being provided to the staff."
