Very convenient for the airport. Very pleasant and smooth check in. Larger than usual rooms with everything I could need including a great selection of food to order, very clean, and great included breakfast. What stood out most though was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone made me feel welcome. Thank you.

Light system problem. The hold room was light on just to go to the toilet. Housekeepers didn't realise empty bottles of shower gel. All others are perfectly well, especially staff Mr. ATHARVA KADAM has been helping us with kindness and care with hospitality services mind.

We stayed here during our long one-day transit in Mumbai. The hotel is very close to the airport (just 5-10 minutes away), making it easy to transfer early in the morning. Overall, I was very happy with the stay. In room dining food was tasty. However, check-in took some time as they required us to create an Accor hotel account and download the 'Accor Key' app to generate a digital room key. I believe this process is unnecessary and time-consuming for short-term stays. Additionally, both the hotel and food are more expensive in Mumbai compared to other cities.

Very helpful staff, especially helping me with calling an Uber, and directing it to the right place. I made a mistake on arrival and went to the Lemon tree hotel. The taxi mis-input the address. The Lemon tree premiere is only 6 or 7 minutes from the airport. Should have taken an Uber in the first place. Breakfast was very good.

Ssamuel eelliving up to the hilton standards.
Its old design but still fairly well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Facility and room is on point.
Service is on point... clean room and impressive choices and quality of breakfast.
Gym room was also sufficient and well equipped.
Will definitely be here again if i need a transit nearby.
Only downside..... maybe price is indeed a bit overwhelmed.
