The hotel is wonderful, in a great location. Everything is very, very good, except for one very big 'BUT'. According to hotel policy, check-in is at 2 PM. I arrived at the hotel at 2:10 PM, and after all the paperwork was done, they told me to wait 15 minutes because the room wasn't ready yet 😅😅. Five stars, seriously? I thought, 'okay, these things happen,' but I ended up getting into the room at 3:15 PM!!! This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. All I got from the hotel was, 'Sorry, we're trying to get the room ready as quickly as possible.' And for that service alone, it gets 0 points.

First visit to India, Mumbai India's largest city, alone. The hotel which is a 1.5h taxi ride away is worth Rs 1,000. Don't be fooled. In the center of Kraba, the seawall and Kraba market are downstairs. They are very lively and traditional. India Gate is about 5 minutes walk along the seawall. This location has access to many authentic Indian local cultures. At the same time, the hotel has tour groups for Japanese elderly people, as well as other white people. There is no Chinese, so the hotel only provides information and services in English, no Chinese. Very satisfied with the breakfast, although not many, I feel they are all very authentic Indian cuisine. I like it different from person to person, very clean, and the service is very enthusiastic. I can stay until late and be serious. The hotel room facilities are very very general and ancient. The Ctrip Diamond VIP is more than 3400 yuan in 4 days. The interior of the guest room is only equivalent to the 200 yuan of Hanshang Hanting for 7 days. It is clean and cleaned every day. With a pillowcase; the biggest problem is that the air conditioner sounds huge and cannot open the window. The first day of the stay reflected the situation. The service only cleaned the air conditioning port, but it was still loud, there was no way, I didn't want to move the location. Out so much that I almost tinnitus, I don't know if other rooms will. I stayed for 2 nights on Friday and Saturday. The first floor was a club, and the music was echoing with a lot of explosions from around 20:00 to around 26:00. Recommended for club lovers. It is good because it is close to India gate and each tourist attraction, but it is painful in the lack of sleep. The window in the room is not key. Easy to intrude. The bathroom is so water pressure in the shower, the window is not completely closed, and there is no net door and the insect is easy to enter. No toilet paper. No toothbrush. There is body soap and shampoo. No conditioner. Breakfast is not rich in variety, but not bad. The breakfast venue is quite difficult to understand. The breakfast venue staff is blunt, but it is effective and kind. In the morning, there was a newspaper at the entrance of the room. The hotel corridor and stairs are relatively clean. There is a PC work desk, but the chair is high.

We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. The staff service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The team was always checking if we needed anything or if housekeeping was required, which made us feel truly well looked after. The breakfast buffet staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and provide items we requested, even when they were not listed on the menu. Their goal was clearly to ensure that guests enjoy their meal and leave happy. A special mention goes to their unique Food Spa service, where hot water is provided for soaking the feet for relaxation. This service can be requested and is delivered to the room within around 20 minutes, which was a very thoughtful and relaxing experience. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel and the Gateway of India. However, the room wasn't very clean; there were black hairs, even though they were just finishing cleaning when we arrived. The breakfast was sparse: boiled eggs if you were lucky, otherwise Indian paratha, some spicy sauces, but toast with butter and jam, plus hummus, saved the day. You could also wait around 10 minutes for coffee. And there was always a queue; the breakfast area was tiny.

В номере есть чайник, вода пополняется каждый день, есть чай, кофе в пакетиках. В ванной комнате хорошее наполнение косметических принадлежностей: шампунь/гель/бальзам/лосьон, шапочки для руша, маленькая расческа и наборчик из пилки, лейкопластыря и ватных шариков и палочек. Персонал хорошо говорит на английском, очень доброжелательные, бесплатно и без проблем заселили в 9 утра, спросили во сколько будет удобно выехать. Мы сказали в 14 часов и они без всяких вопросов с удовольствием согласились. Просто превосходное отношение к гостям! Завтрак понравился, жарят свежие яйца на любой вкус, а так же разнообразный стол: много сендвичей с овощами, индийские блюда, превосходный сыр (в том числе плавленые пластинки), вкусный кофе из кофемашины, свежевыжатый соки! Отель однозначно один из лучших а этом районе!❤️

I will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here. I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive. So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect. The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful. The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles. The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job. Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

Неплохой отель, но есть ньюанс. В заказе была большая кровать, а заселили в номер с полуторкой, который на трип дешевле. Решить вопрос не удалось. Если не нравится снимайте бронь был ответ. Времени ругаться и искать другой не было пришлось согласиться.
