Very nice place and nice decor at first blush. This was our second stay at this place in two weeks. Same deficiencies, so it wasn't a fluke. Cookies at check in! Very Nice pool. However:
1. Shower handle was broken/loose. Told front desk - no change in 48 hours.
2. Bathroom layout is poor. Have to get in shower under faucet to turn it on.
3. Internet was terrible. Every time we logged in we had different experiences (wife and I). Sometimes it failed. Sometimes it asked you to become a Honors member. Very flaky and unlike another Hilton I'm in right now which is perfect.
4. Clock was 12 hours off without a way to reset it to the correct time.
5. Continuous fan while in auto mode. Never shuts off.
6. No towel racks, only two small hooks. Use the top of doors instead! And no baths fan.
7. No body wash in shower - only shampoo and conditioner. Two small, pitiful bars of soap were provided.
8. No breakfast included.
9. Business Center was closed.
10. Ice machine on 1st floor inoperable.
11. Refrigerator inoperable. No switch to turn on and no temperature selector.
12. No microwave.
