Far from the center unreasonable high price

Location was perfect..

Arrived at 22:45, hotel advertised that they had service until 23:00. There was absolutely no one there upon arrival. My reservation number would not work on the self check-in terminals. After calling the hotel number, with no reply, I then had to call Trip.com (the agency I booked with). They provided me the correct number and finally I got the reservation through after 45 minutes. How can a hotel advertise the wrong hours? How can they not have at least 1 staff member on-call in case something goes wrong, just like here? Outrageous! Disgusting service.

The hotel location is good and very easy to connect the train station

Great location, relatively clean – but the air conditioning was broken, the toilet lid was extremely wobbly, the shower head holder was also unsteady, and the shower temperature setting was unavailable because the right outer cover of the knob was apparently broken or missing. I had room 210. Please check for the next person. Otherwise, everything was great!

The hotel is quite standard and clean. The water in the shower is too small and there is basically nothing else provided in the room except towels. The biggest attraction is the supermarket downstairs. The elevator was under maintenance from check-in to check-out.

Hotel, very suitable for an overnight stay. Convenient location. Very easy to reach from the motorway and by bus.

Unfortunately no good TV the rest was OK

Not bad, clean and sanitary, in a residential area.

All aspects are very good, but there is no kettle, which is very inconvenient. The shower area is a bit inconvenient. Others are very good

I managed to make a reservation during Oktoberfest, so it was a bit far from the city center. However, it was clean, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly. The room seemed well-maintained, which was nice. However, the lack of a refrigerator was a bit disappointing.

It wasn't particularly clean. The location is also relatively difficult, as it takes at least 45 minutes -1 hour to get to the city center by public transport. The cleaning wasn't the best either. We were only given new towels. The garbage was not taken away.

The bed is very comfortable 😁😍
