let me start with the good parts ..The people behind the reception are wonderfully helpful and friendly. The concierge team was beyond helpful with advise and reservatons and information. Again housekeeping was reliable and always timely. The people that worked breakfast again wonderful. Since our stay was during the historic snowstorm ( with unreliable transit system, the hotel was in the best location for us to get around). so here are the parts that were completely unsatisfactory 1. TV channel were extremely limited 2. "high speed internet" not even close and not completely free, you had to choose the "free package" 3. Roof top restautant, let me start by saying I had lived in Munich for 4 years in the past and I have NEVER had this experience. The waiter was rude, he ignored our table at all times, other tables were served first, and provided amenities before us even though we were there first. When we placed order it was slow in coming, the check took an eternity to arrive after we had asked for it. Most horrible experience. I made my experience know to the conceirge, hoping to get some reaction from the management or a credit for the meal... NOTHING!
