Room is excellent. Very spacious room for 3 of us. Bathroom had shower/shampoo/conditioner/hand soap and hand lotion. There were also complimentary drinks provided in our room''s mini bar. Breakfast was awesome, wide varieties and was very fresh. Definitely to book again when back in Munich.

Best breakfast, extraordinary staff, very nice and cosy rooms, close to important places and transportation points. It is a great hotel and everything was perfect, really. If I ever come back to München again, I will stay again in this hotel with my family with my eyes closed. I highly recommend everyone, easy.

Decent location within walking distance to main train station. Hotel cleanliness is okay. Ventilation needs to be better especially for toilet as it was not working at all. TV is not connected to Wifi so any Netflix or web application is not possible.

The location is great and near the main train stations and trams. But the lane to hotel feels quiet when returning too late. Would be better if it is nearer the main street. However, the free mini bar and service was excellent.

Location was near to main train station. Room size was big. Toilet sink tap doesn't have hot water. We have to wash our hands with super cold water in winter.

The hotel staff were very polite. The room was very clean. Best is all, beer and fruit juice were complimentary. Location was excellent too, near to Munich Hbf.
