Reasonable rate at central location. Ubahn subway less than 3 mins away and the shopping districts and Christmas market are just a walking distance. Will stay again during my next visit to Munich.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was a bit small, but it had a balcony where you could go out and enjoy the view.

Loved it that it had a bath in the room, and the staff was surprised that I was able to book for so cheap- big thumbs up to the discount from trip.com!
Hotel was extremely close to the subway & tram station, so it wasn’t a hassle bringing my suitcase

Don't even get me started. Check-in was at 3 PM, and I had a crucial meeting at 2 PM. The front desk kept saying the room wasn't ready, so I was forced to hold my meeting in the lobby. The next day, I found out there was actually space available for meetings at the breakfast area on the second floor. The service was genuinely terrible. It's so much worse than hotel service in China.
