Struttura antica (un po’ vintage all’interno) ma pulita e centralissima! Siamo capitati nel ponte del Primo Maggio, motivo per cui abbiamo, secondo me, pagato un po’ troppo per la categoria e il tipo di struttura ma ci sta… ci tornerei sicuramente a prezzi più consoni (entro i 100 euro). Colazione buona e discreta varietà. Rimane davvero la posizione favorevolissima e centrale!

Only thing is working for their place is location. Rest everything is wrong.
1) can’t find with google map.
2) No parking
3) internet is not secure
4) no elevator so get ready to drag your suitcase.
5) everything is old nothing is up to date.
6) receptionist doesn’t speak English and not helpful at all.

Receptionist who checked me in at 6pm said office would be open until 8pm, but at 7:30 when I went to ask a few questions, he was already gone.
I had to leave at 6:15 in the morning but there was no option for a take-away breakfast.

Great location, good breakfast buffet. However, this is overpriced for the basic level of the accommodations, even in the Octoberfest period. It's a bit shabby and run-down, but perhaps that's to be interpreted as "rustic." Maybe if it was located up in the Alps but not for a major metropolitan city.

Great location closed to all attractions, small hotel with all amenities. Free breakfast is a great plus. Friendly helpful staff. Will stay again.

The bites of these insects itch like crazy for several days. But the main problem is that these insects are very easy to bring into your own apartment and are extremely difficult to get rid of, actually only with the help of professional pest controllers who charge a lot. To decontaminate all the things that you have with you in such a pension means not to use them for a year!!!!! The consequences of staying in this guesthouse have been an absolute nightmare for several weeks.
