Worst resort I have ever seen in my life with no respect for customer, un safe place with no security cameras, broken game room, pathetic service. Overall a place you should never visit in munnar. Avoid it all costs..don't get lured by dake reviews.

Thieves stole money.. no cameras. Safety issues.. road is bad.. all play activities are broken. Overall a place no one should go. Food is ok ok ..there are better resorts available which is must visit place rather than this pathetic place with caretaker staff is no at all good.

Very Peaceful and scenic location...Very cooperative and understandble staff...good quality of food...overall whatever required for a great vacation experience...it gives all. First of all when we were late in reaching the resort..they call us directly and help us to reach the location...that means they care of their guests... staff is really polite and helpful in every way...and a very scenic vie wof balconies with spacious rooms and washrooms.. very clean and beautiful property.. overall much worthy of thier rates.. highly recommended

Our three-night stay was comfortable, though the property shows signs of needing renovation, particularly with peeling paint and a dated appearance. The nightly rate felt slightly high considering the condition. Be aware that the approach road is rough and challenging.
On the positive side, the food was exceptional, and the staff were consistently polite and considerate

Road to resort is horrible and far from main road. Rooms are good, but reaching the resort is a difficult task.

A serene place to stay in munnar in midst of tea plantations. The resort is really nice and located 4-5km near the munnar city so can cover multiple points easily if you stay away from the town then will have to travel 20km then reach the place and munnar has a lot of traffic so a point to be considered . Cons: the rooms are not that good and just okay and service is very slow also food is average but u can’t expect much better in munnar.
