So convenient to the downtown destinations, and great in that it is next to the inner green belt that surrounds the downtown area.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Gave some great suggestions for restaurants. The city was wonderful and our stay made it even better. Hotel leads right out into the promenade. Fantastic place to stay.

A beautiful boutique hotel located in the town’s center. The room was perfect.. modern with dark decor the only thing was that in my opinion their standard room is a bit small.. the breakfast was perfect and their is an outdoor parking right across the hotel! Excellent choice if you visit this town!

Mauritzhof is a home-away-from-home! The staff are delightful and the vibe is just right. Really enjoyed my stay immensely! There was only one problem, beyond their control--I sent a favorite suit/shirt out for cleaning and somehow the dry cleaners damaged the suit. Such a pity, but c'est la vie. Great place!!

The Mauritzhof in Münster is a very interesting place to stay. Located on the verge of the Promenade, rooms facing there are quiter than the rooms on the road. One doesn’t notice that the building is actually an 50’s or 60’s “Backstein” that has been beautifully renovated and the rooms are very sound-proof. The hotel offers monitored parking spots on the other side of the square at a local bank. The restaurant has serious ambitions and prepare amazing B’fast. Only downside is that the prices are seriously inflated.

The Hotel is nicely situated close to the old town of Münster. Lots of Restaurants and Cafes in walking distance. When we arrived Sunday, the Hotel gave us a room facing a noisy main road. We "upgraded" the room to one facing the city, which made the room 250 € a night incl. breakfast. The personnel was friendly and accommodating. The room was very small and the bathroom is tiny. The breakfast wasn't worth the price. The hotel doesn't offer car parking which makes it unpleasant as the little space in front of the hotel was occupied for days by other cars. Room wasn't cleaned between nights, despite the fact that we had mentioned it to the reception.

Normalerweise verfasse ich keine Bewertungen, aber unter diesen Umständen fühle ich mich dazu veranlasst. Wir hatten ein Hotelzimmer für zwei Nächte reserviert und mussten aufgrund unglücklicher Umstände die erste Nacht absagen, was mir telefonisch zugesichert wurde. Man rief mich sogar zurück, um die Stornierung zu bestätigen. Bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel wurden wir jedoch darüber informiert, dass 90% des Preises berechnet werden. Das Auftreten der Dame am Empfang war weit entfernt von professionell. Ihre Aussagen wie "alles spricht für mich" und die an den Tag gelegte Ignoranz waren absolut unangemessen. Wir haben dieses Hotel bereits mehrfach genutzt, obwohl es schon immer überteuert war, doch nach diesem Vorfall werden wir und mein gesamtes Unternehmen dieses Hotel zukünftig meiden.

Sehr zu empfehlendes Premiumhotel der alten Schule. Stilvoll modern eingerichtet, bestens Schallisolierung und hyperbequeme Betten. Freundliches, kompetentes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Münsteraner Innenstadt ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.
