I transferred room 3 times. Since the room was not clean enough. (1)The CR smells so bad. (2) the second room was not clean but since im so sleepy i told them to clean it when i arrived in the morning since I have duty from 6pm-6am. (3) executive still but they called me to transfer to regency because of the things that happened. But good thing they upgrade my room. The supervisor and the staff was good except for the cleanliness.

Good size room and bathroom. Housekeeping service daily but watch out it must take place before 5pm. No big deal once you know.
Plenty of towels and amenities
Low staffing but they are all friendly and helpful
