We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — we especially loved the cozy bed and thoughtful details throughout. One of the highlights of our stay was the sweet gesture of a birthday card left for my mom, which made her day feel even more special. Molito and ATC is just across the road, and there is a 7 eleven nearby which made our more convenient. The pool was heated which is a plus. We also loved the Alabang city view from the pool. The only minor inconvenience was the elevator, which tended to get crowded during peak hours, so we had to wait a bit longer at times. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we'd definitely consider staying again.

I was also expecting a signature hotel scent in common areas or rooms, which was noticeably missing, since it's a small touch that often leaves a lasting impression on guests. During our stay, we encountered a temporary water maintenance issue, where the water was stained with rust. It was resolved after a few hours, but offering a small complimentary service or gesture during such inconveniences would go a long way in maintaining guest satisfaction. Overall, despite the minor setbacks, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others especially for those looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat with a touch of elegance.

Absolutely loved my stay here 🧡🩷❤️ the hotel lobby has a very luxurious interior and what really captured me was the arts and design. I also admire the hotel for supporting sustainability 🌳🌿💚 The room size is very ample for solo business travellers/or for solo travellers who wants to splurge for a comfortable stay. The hotel also adapted to a more easy check out by using a self check out kiosk.

We had a great time in Bellevue Hotel. All the staff are so hospitable. Everyone will greet you respectfully and all will help you without hesitation. We will definitely be back in this hotel. So Happy we booked with trip.com checked in smoothly. You just need to show the booking details and in 5 mins you are done. Same with checking out even faster. We had a great family bonding! Numerous pool in the hotel. Just to add our daughter enjoyed the bellevue kids club. Spacious, friendly staff and a lot of things to do for the kids.

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hop Inn Alabang. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. My only minor issue was with the curtain in the room — it didn’t block out the sunlight very well in the morning. Hoping they consider installing thicker or blackout curtains for improved comfort. Overall, still a solid and convenient place to stay!
