Современный номер, удобная кровать, хорошая звукоизоляция. При отели есть бассейн с шезлонгами где в солнечную погоду можно прекрасно отдохнуть, бесплатная большая парковка. При повторном пребывание в тех местах обязательно выберу данный отель.

This is a special spa, the views are amazing towards the mallos de Riglos and it has everything you may need to relax after a hard day. Why the 3 stars? Because it is way too expensive for what it offers, as today €40 per person. I would still recommend you to stay at the hotel for around €130, double room.

This hotel is awesome value for money. Don’t come for gourmet food - it’s not that - but come for a comfortable stay in an incredible setting at a great price. We’d arrived in the nighttime in winter and were stunned by the view from our room in the misty morning. Just stunning ! We braved the icy conditions and went for a swim before breakfast in the thermal waters heated outside pool. Superb ! We will definitely return as at this price point it’s a brilliant recommendation

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and apart from the restaurant (see the separate review) we again thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is perfectly located for a 1st stop from the ferry at Bilbao. It’s clean, relaxing and the rooms are of a high standard. The heated pool area is excellent with sun beds spaced quite far apart with fixed sunshades. The reception staff and very friendly and very helpful, although on this occasion the bar staff were neither of those. Parking is massive and secure with sun shades for most cars which park there. If the hotel sorts the serious issues with the restaurant (see review) we will absolutely consider staying at this hotel again.

Genial. Una experiencia fantástica, de principio a fin, hotel 100% recomendable, personal muy amable, todo limpísimo, instalaciones fantásticas , las habitaciones grandes,y muy cómodas igual q los baños, y super bien equipados , el spa una maravilla, la piscina climatizada exterior ...simplemente espectacular . Ni un pero a nuestra estancia, recomendable y para repetir

Bella struttura con camere spaziose e pulite, garage incluso e soprattutto piscina di acqua termale all'esterno con vista panoramica spettacolare. Cena con menu a scelta da migliorare e colazione mattutina abbondante e soddisfacente. Sicuramente da ritornarci se si passa di qua!

Gran calidad en todos los aspectos. La habitación amplia y con vistas a los mallos de riglos. El SPA muy completo , la experiencia de poder usar la piscina climatizada exterior es única . El desayuno muy completo también. Solo nos hemos alojado una noche pero seguro que volveremos

Seguramente cuando el hotel abrió sus puertas cumplía los requisitos para conseguir las 4 estrellas, pero en estos momentos no se las merece. El mantenimiento no es adecuado. Hay suciedad, cosas rotas, como por ejemplo grifos rotos en el spa. El personal de recepción fue muy agradable; el del restaurante no tanto. Además, la calidad de la comida deja mucho que desear. El chuletón no era un chuletón. Es una pena porque el sitio es precioso.
