🤬🤬🤬臟亂差，三百多的"舒適房"一個晚上住的不如30塊的大通鋪，真的很噁心，房間的枕頭跟棉被很臟，還可以感覺到一粒一粒的棉花，質量太差了，毛巾也很黃很惡，房間牆壁還有很噁心的水漬，早班的一個黑色短髮前台女生，一點英文都不會就算了，還很高傲的態度不來溝通，入住的時候我們説明過了因為其中一位的簽證打印單遺失，他説可以寄信箱給她，我寄了7次，地址通通無效，因為他是用手寫的字真的很醜，也跟他確認過之後寄出郵件還是無效，最後成功寄出了他還説沒收到，我們翻譯給她問有沒有其他方法比如用聊天軟見發給他或是他直接拍照等等都可以，她直接表示她聽不懂結果就把我們晾在一邊直接不理，太扯了，語言不通是一回事關鍵是態度真的很惡劣，最後是因為晚班的前台正好跟她交接班會一點英文，協助處理，請我們傳給他的聊天軟件就解決了，一分鐘就能搞定的事情耗了我們一個小時，入住之後房間還噁心的要命，真的服了，最後退房的時候還不給我們入住證明，又是説要註冊什麼有的沒的，俄羅斯的行程十多天就他家問題一堆重點是房間很噁心🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

唯一的優點是樓下有超市~
員工態度冷漠~房間臟、臭，整個客棧空間都是油煙味~第一晚房間在廚房對面，整晚全部人沒有人睡着~！離市中心還蠻遠，打車20分鐘左右~

房間都是在一樓、和照片一摸一樣、一個小方廳一個小陽台、暖氣特別熱、熱水也是即充足又熱、早餐自助式、有微波爐加熱、吃完把垃圾丟掉盤子放到廚房水槽裏！我們凌晨兩點到達、小姐姐一直在前台、小姐姐特別有耐心且熱心、幫我們解決問題！酒店門頭很小、位置在小坡上、打車時候給司機看地址！走路的話有近路台階到大街上！旁邊有個商店和商場！
酒店唯一的缺點就是距離市中心有點距離、到中心聚集到地方大概6公里！但是附近有公交車、打車也不貴！
優點是我們的夜間極光出遊行程、返回時候是第一個到達！
