A good hotel in a great location. The hotel is located by a lagoon with a sandy beach. But be prepared to pay 21 euros for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella per day. Plus 40 euros if you want to reserve specific sunbeds for yourself. Which is very important if you come in high season.
A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost ~90 euros one way.
The food is tasty, but a bit monotonous. The emphasis is on local products and Spanish cuisine in general. In addition to the main restaurant, there are 4 other themed restaurants on the hotel grounds, which you need to book in advance. During our 8-day stay at the hotel, we only managed to get into 3 of them. Cava is served for breakfast :)
The rooms are relatively fresh and clean, but there are not enough slippers, robes and toiletries. By the way, they offer to buy robes for 30 euros if you really need them :) Also, the water drains poorly in the shower, but this problem was immediately solved after our complaint.
The animation team does a 5+ job. You will find entertainment for every taste throughout the day.

One of most beautiful hotels i have stayed in, i have now been to Mallorca 3 times & this time round decided to treat myself to some luxury for 6days. Its stunning... access to beach, choices of pools & restaurants. Entertainment throughout the day & evening. Rooms are immaculate & the staff go above & beyond to help. 10/10

Very nice stay with a fantastic friendly staff. The hotel has all facilities for a stay to enjoy sun and sea. Very friendly for families. Rooms are badic but do the job. It is definitely the staff that make a massive difference. Always smiling, friendly and helpful

This hotel is fantastic! It has a little bit of everything for everyone. We went for our minimoon and the staff were amazing, everyone was so lovely and the food is spectacular! The sheer amount of selection at the buffet and the BBQ lunch area is incredible. The drink selection is superb I literally could have asked for any type of cocktail and the bartenders knew exactly how to make it. The hotel has several different al a carte restaurants to choose from, we ate at the Mexican and it was awesome, although beware of the spicy margaritas they will blow your head off! The beach was beautiful my only small criticism was that the sunbeds were at an extra cost but in all honesty it didn’t bother us as we just put our towels on the beach. 10/10 would 100% stay again!

Beautifull beach hotel with gardens, several restaurants and pools situated in a protected area. Slightly overpriced this year compared with 2024. The only problem is, that after 2 month since I completed my stay in July-August 2025 I didn't receive my IHG (Intercontinental Hotels Group) member benefits . I made a complaint at the Hotel an IHG and both blaim the other one for the missing points and benefits. Even the CEO of IHG Mr. Elie Maalouf, told me that the only responsible for the inconvenience is IBEROSTAR. Of course IBEROSTAR says that IHG is responsible for the missing points and benefits. What can I say? Be aware if you are IHG member!!!! Do not be surprised if after your stay at Iberostar, you will not receive your benefits or any answer and respect from both IBEROSTAR and IHG. Shame on both hotel chains!

Top hotel, perfect service, the food was fantastic with a wide selection of different specialties. I must also mention the very professional animation team, which always had a very interesting program and I would also like to specifically praise the animator named "Teddy", who perfectly leads activities such as Kahoot, Bingo, but also water polo, where it was a lot of fun. Hotel grounds were wonderful, friendly employees, good food, good location. Room was terrible. Couldn't use the bathroom without waking up everyone in the room (transparent wall). The most uncomfortable pillows I've ever experienced. Could hear noises from other rooms. Who designs this nonsense? Iberostar can do better.
