Very nice hotel, with all the necessary amenities and facilities. Very good breakfast, and impeccable service for this 4 star hotel.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Muscat and had a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. A special mention goes to Gowtham from Room Service – he was incredibly courteous, prompt, and attentive to every detail. His professionalism and warm attitude really made a difference during my stay.At the hotel restaurant, I was equally impressed by the service. In breakfast Bhavesh and Kunal stood out with their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. They made every meal feel special with their attentiveness and helpful recommendations. We wanted to try restaurants but we were short of time .  The hotel itself is beautiful in amazing place – with stunning views, clean and spacious rooms, and great amenities. But it’s truly the people like Gowtham, Bhavesh and Kunal and other staff who make Crowne Plaza Muscat such a memorable place to stay. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back!
