Clean, inexpensive hotel, comparably quiet location. Value for money IMO. We stayed there for a couple of days during the Muscat nights festival and all was fine.

Only one towel in toilet for a double room. Only 1 cup, 1 glass in a double bed room. Asking for house keeping service, never showed up.its a cheap management hotel.

I enjoyed everything! I arrived on February 25, 2026, at 6:30 AM and was at the hotel around 8:00 AM. I was checked in without any issues. I mentioned that I smoke, and they gave me a room where I could relax comfortably. There's a market nearby where I could buy food since I arrived during Ramadan. In the evening, around 8:00 PM, all the restaurants and bars open up, and they are all within walking distance too. I stayed in room 102. Thank you! I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The confirmation and check-in were quick. The room itself was clean and cozy, with hot water, clean linens, and towels, and there was a kettle. We really liked the books about Oman. There's a supermarket and a bus stop nearby, and it's not far from the mosque and the beach, yet the hotel itself is quiet.

The room wasn't very clean. There were no towels provided in the room; I had to request them. Overall, the room condition needs some improvement. The staff's service wasn't as good as it should be; I had to constantly inform them about what basic services they should be offering guests.
