Overall, the room was alright. They didn't provide many disposable amenities, just a toothbrush. The hotel's location inside a shopping mall was very convenient, and the room rate included breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, a definite must-give good review. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the pillow height was just right. I slept soundly all night, and all my fatigue vanished. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the water pressure was stable, washing away all the dust from my journey. I especially want to commend the service; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was smiling and responded quickly. The breakfast was plentiful, and even staying for three days, the options were never the same. The location is also very convenient, with a subway station right outside. Excellent stay! The bedding was very comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional with a huge variety of choices. The wellness area was pleasant, and direct access to the shopping center was very convenient. Despite a few areas being a bit dated, the hotel remains very comfortable, and we had an excellent stay. We recommend it without hesitation.

This was our first time vacationing in Oman, and since it was during the Chinese New Year, we booked a suite. The room was comfortable and spacious, with four bathrooms, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the refrigerator provided wasn't freezing properly, causing our purchased seafood to go bad. It's worth mentioning that the hotel promptly compensated us, providing excellent service.

This is a great hotel, primarily because of its convenient location. It's super close to all the major shopping malls, within walking distance, which is a huge plus. Don't underestimate this convenience; Muscat generally isn't designed for pedestrians, so being able to walk places is fantastic. The hotel offers breakfast and even dinner options, and they're both genuinely good, not just an afterthought. Highly recommend!

This hotel claims to be five-star, but it's unbelievably bad. First off, it's right in the city center with an entertainment terrace outside, so the music at night made it impossible to sleep. On top of that, the room was really run-down and the facilities were basic; even the toilet seat was broken! I was genuinely shocked. And they expect me to pay five-star prices for this? It's absolutely infuriating! Seriously, everyone should avoid this place.
