Citadines Al Ghubrah Muscat

The location is not really in the city center; however, there are still many amenities, restaurants, shops, etc., within walking distance. Many malls are nearby, but transportation is required. You will need to rent a car to move around and visit tourist attractions, which are a bit far. The hotel is like a 5-star hotel with a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, etc. The studio apartment is spacious with still-new-looking furniture, and the toilet is nice and sparkling clean. The shower water pressure and hot water are good; I kept looking forward to a hot shower after a day out. It has a complete kitchen with all cutlery, a microwave, a kettle, etc. (no washing machine though unlike other hotel in the same group). The bed was good and comfy, and I had an excellent sleep after a tiring day. I booked the studio for 6 days and 5 nights with breakfast. The breakfast was superb, mainly continental with limited variety. However, it started to get boring on the third day as there was no change to the menu except for 2-3 dishes. The communication and services by the hotel were excellent, very responsive and prompt. I requested toiletries, drinking water, etc., a few times, and they were provided promptly. In summary, I consider it a good hotel with excellent services.

Lovely and quite location of this hotel. I stayed 12 days in this hotel with  kind and helpfull staff , nice/ big rooms and gym next to heated swimmingpool on the rooftop of the hotel . We had several times breakfast and dinner in hotel and enjoyed it a lot (  both not included in the room price ) Place to be when staying in Muscat

Some things in this hotel was good (for example, food and parking), but some things was not comfortable: 1. Shower cabin is not hermetic and bathroom’s floor was always wet 2. Light switches are situated randomly in the room and you can’t understand logic of their work. For example, you can turn off lights in bedroom from antechamber 3. Elevator card system working badly, it is hard to choose floor you need 4. Laundry is very expensive 5. Every time we asked in restaurant “absolutely not spicy food” it was spicy

Nice hotel that near airport(16km) . Layover here for 20 hours and have late check out at 1pm. Thanks for everything

It's ok for the money spent. Rooms have no views or not a great view and the bed is unfortunately very soft as well as the pillow. Did not get a good sleep there.
