Have a great stay with family at Al Shorouq The hotel apartment is ideal for family of 4-5 on a budget. The rooms are large and it has more of an apartment feel vs a hotel. Service is decent though housekeeping is alternate days. Food options are excellent especially Indian restaurants in 2 minute walking distance (Cochin restaurant). The location enables easy 10 minute access to Mutrah souq and many attractions of Muscat.

The Hotel is well located on the main road with adequate parking and a convenient department store just adjacent. The staff were kind, sincere and helpful. The room was comfortable and well-lit and the furnishings sufficient. The only niggle was low water pressure in the showers. I would certainly recommend this place!

Good friendly staff. Time to time everyday cleaning of the rooms . Rooms spacious but the living room is very narrow . In-house very good Kerala cusine restaurant Ananthapuri. Must visit this place for a fine dining keralite experience and environment

Excellent time spent here. The location is central, and close to many points of interest. The staff here is very helpful and always very polite. Mr. Harold Tom & Mr. Anish are always there to help even when on holiday. Rooms are spacious and kitchenette has all amenities needed for a long stay. Nice restaurants around walking distance for local cuisine.

We were delighted with this hotel! We had a problem with our flight and arrived much earlier than planned. We spoke with Harold Tom, who allowed us to check in earlier, and he was extremely attentive and helpful! The hotel is super well located, close to supermarkets, restaurants, fast food outlets, and the bus stop that takes you to the city center. The street is very quiet, the hotel is comfortable, and everything is very clean. We loved it!
