Justa Hollow Oak, Mussoorie

Me and my wife stayed at Just a Hollow Oak 2 weeks back. The entire staff was extremely humble, polite and co-operative to all our requests. A big thank you to Rahul Aggarwal who personally took care of our comforts and within the restaurant crew, a big thank you to Ajay, Pooja, Sanjana & Akansha, Great team pampered us with excellent food.

Excellent host and excellent services provided , we enjoyed thoroughly at this property and thank the manager for his assistance .The property can provide a gym and garden area to include night bonfire etc.

Wow location room was good Atmosphere was amazing Value great Cleaning was excellent No traffic 🚦 problem 3 km far to Mail road Service is one of the best I have in ther in Resturant and Room service also

This is a off location hotel, they will try and give you the rooms in other building without any lift operational. Don't keep your valuables unattended we lost our money above 01 lakh and they dont have any answer on this

Mr. Shuvendu is the best manager of justa hotel every think was very good he was very smart and humble and all restaurant staff food and service excellent

I had a really pleasant stay at justa hollow oak and would definitely recommend it .the Rooms were clean comfortable and well maintained and the ourall ambience of the property was clean and wellcome Manager Mr Sachin Negi ji very good person and Team Housekeeping Mr Narendra Vedprakash Also food was Good special chef Deepak and Mr pardeep f&b

The Premium Room with Private Balcony offered stunning valley views, and waking up to the beautiful mountains every morning was an experience we'll always cherish. The peaceful atmosphere of the property is perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. A very special thank you to Sachin Ji (Manager), who went above and beyond to ensure that my wife's birthday was celebrated beautifully. The candlelight dinner setup, the elegant decorations, and the thoughtful room décor exceeded all our expectations. It was evident that a lot of effort and care had gone into making the occasion memorable, and we are truly grateful. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Pankaj Ji, Rajiv Ji, Bhumika Ji, Dishant (our server), and Chef Deepak. Each of them contributed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable through their warmth, professionalism, and outstanding service. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality deserve recognition. If I had to mention one area where the hotel could improve, it would be the food. The menu is priced at a premium level, so I believe the taste and overall dining experience should consistently match those expectations. The food was good, but there is room to elevate it further considering the price point. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I would happily recommend jüSTa Hollow Oak to couples and families looking for a peaceful mountain getaway with exceptional hospitality and breathtaking views.
