Pride Ashiyana Resort Mussoorie

When we entered the hotel it was in absolute shambles, the entrance was undergoing construction work which was a massive tripping hazard for our young kids- 4 year old and a 4 month old. When we spoke to the reception we queried if their junior suite was the highest category room because we could see clearly nothing else would suffice given the state of the property. The receptionist confirmed that the junior suite is their highest category and they have given us the best room at the hotel. When we entered the room it had a disgusting sewage smell alongwith smell of moisture and dirty bedsheets. The balcony they charged and advertised for was very dirty and inaccessible due to monkeys at the property. Their heating equipment was extremely outdated and there was a cold beeeze coming into the room. We realised instantly we had made a bad choice this time. When we went to the reception to cancel our booking they didn’t offer us an upgrade because that was their best room, they just said they have another room in similar category which we might like. Then the manager rudely highlighted that we had booked standard junior suite and they had a better junior suite which was a lie because at our entry they said they had granted us the best room at the hotel. We didn’t want to waste our time any further with kids feeling cold and hungry due to the wasted time and effort hencewhy we have to leave. The hotel was absolutely disgusting.

Wonderful stay we had here at Pride Ashiyana Resort Mussoorie. It was our first visit here not last. We like the hotel so much because of the location and the hotel staff.

It was really a outstanding stay .well groomed staff,awesome food and efficient service by the pride ashiyana mussoorie staff..I will definitely visit again in this property.Location was very very good.

Nice and calm hotel. Everything was perfect. Staff was outstanding. View was good from our room. Stayed in 1109. Food can be better. Parking was good and amble. Very close to the Mall Road. Vineeta ma’am was very fruendly and she gave us a beautifyl room.

It’s was very good experienced staff was good, excellent facilities we recommend to visit the hotel, it is near by market actually so location was very good

Wonderful stay at Pride Ashiyana Resort . Good location and very good view. It's very close to the mall road. Easily accessible for the all sightseeing points. Ambience is very nice. Great staff and very friendly everyone starting from the end. Highly recommended
