We stayed at this lovely hotel for three nights when we were in Cappadocia with a travel group. The hosts were spectacular, and it was obvious that they wanted to do a great job. We ate as a group in a private dining room two of the three nights, and the food was delicious. We were also offered wine or beer with our dinner. Each room is quite unique, and I love how the owners have made each room so comfy and warm. My room had a wonderfully large shower, but no tub. That was fine with me. Others had rooms with a tub, but no shower. The room was large, and there were plenty of electrical outlets. I really enjoyed our time here. The small village where the hotel is located is really cute and has an old church which is interesting.

It is a calmer town than the well known ones in Cappadocia. The hotel is very charming and well maintain. Breakfast was good quality with local products. Even if it was the low season (I was the only guest for 3 days). The staff made all effort to guide me to the right places to eat and visit - even the owner walked me to the place and share a moment to help me understand the culture. Very unique sense of hospitality!!!

A special ambience created by the restoration of an historic building and courtyards, thoughtful room decor and amenities, and attentive hosts. Breakfast offers many choices and dinner was one of my favorite meals on my Turkey sojourn. Especially in a busy tourist area this is an oasis.

So much character. Owner is a joy and really focused on exemplary service. Delicious food and special chef. Delicious Cappadocian wines. Quiet and out of tourist center but very convenient. Stayed three nights and had access to ballooning, hiking the fairy chimneys, cave dwellings, underground city and more.

This was my second time in Gul Konaklari and I had an excellent stay. The hotel is on two mansions in Sinasos town which is a remote village in Cappadocia, away from the crowded touristic places. Each room is in different shape and they all have a style, they are also very spacious and comfortable. The common space is a very romantic yard with a wintergarten. We had an excellent dinner in the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. The staff was wonderful, we could feel that we were staying in a family run place. Burak was always in charge and the managers Berat and Murat were always approachable and welcoming with their friendly smiles. Thank you for this memorable experience!

Very nice, comfortable hotel in the hills of Cappadocia. Large room, giant bed, modern bathroom, bidet toilet, Keurig-type coffee machine but no hot water kettle, free bottled water as needed. Beautiful old hotel with a wonderful staff. The limited breakfast buffet includes cooked-to-order omelets served to you in a beautiful tree-shaded courtyard. The hillside location provides for cooler evenings in the otherwise hot Cappadocia summer and fall. The hotel is a short walk to a small town square but is a taxi drive to the nearby larger town for shopping. This beautiful hotel made me feel I was in an Italian villa with its stone building, open courtyard, comfortable room, and young, handsome, and attentive owners. Great experience. Would love to return.

Historical Paradise with Good Price
From the first steps into the historical yard you will feel the magical whisper of trees in the historical, comfortable yard.
We rented 2 rooms for my wife and our parents. Rooms were clean and authentic.
Staff are welcoming, kind and helpfull.
Breakfast is decent and satisfying.
I would like to thank Mr Burak, Mr Mustafa, Mr Abdullah and Mrs Merve for their kind service. Entire staff was very helpfull.
Only negative feedback was the fact that a la carte was not available and there was no refrigirator at the rooms.
Calm, decent, economic and peacefull place. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very near perfection, and one I will dream about for the rest of my days. Unbelievably charming, historic, sweet, without a shred of pretense or grandiosity. I swooned when I checked in. The staff is so kind, friendly, helpful, personable, even playful. I fell in love with the manager's new puppy. The waiter, Recep, was so solicitous, helpful and kind. The garden is the most delicious, quiet, soothing space. I almost didn't want to go on excursions, wanting to linger longer there. I hated to leave. My only criticism-- so minor, I would've preferred a fridge in the room, there was a cabinet for it but none there. I miss this place already! And the little village in which it sits is so very charming and sweet.
