Not value for money. No facilities. It is a luxury 5 star hotel, so cleanliness and room was as expected in a 5-star hotel. Location is little away from Gerome and other places. Not easy to commute if you don't have your own vehicle. No buffet breakfast. Turkish breakfast for all days, no variety. One weird thing we noticed first time in a 5-star, On top of the booking amount, they took 1000 lira as security deposit. They returned it on check-out, but this is ridiculous for a 5-star hotel. When I told the same to the person on reception, he commented like what type of hotels you have stayed so far. Did not like the attitude of the staff. 5 star hotel staff should not behavior like this. Will definitely not recommend it to anybody.

在這裏定了兩天，性價比實在太差了。設計ok，但絕對不值得一晚 1800英鎊，房間兩人住非常擁擠。房型不統一，拿房要看運氣，我們房間比我朋友定的相同房間小一倍。對於5星級標準早餐品種很少，我女友早上吃壞了肚子，****。但客觀來説，不確定是否是酒店早餐造成的，因為其早餐對我沒有事。肚子比較虛的夥伴得注意點。水療中心spa具有誤導性。我們換完服，去時被告知spa和泳池是按性別和時段分開的，女生上午，男生下午，導致我和女朋友不能一起去。很可惜，我們索性就回房間不去了。而我們前一天在土耳其的酒店spa和泳池是正常的，不知為何他們搞特別。位置不理想，距離市中心熱氣球，和大部分飯店的村Göreme有30分鐘車程。我建議最好在市中心預訂酒店，可以更加方便去熱氣球和吃飯。這家實在不值得，我們最後連第二天都不想住了直接走去別的地方。

1000000分！工作人員超級好！！我們來玩凌晨一點到酒店，還有工作人員專門準備熱茶和甜點在等我們，白班的工作人員也都很友善！退房後還送了手信，兩個陶瓷的小碟子超級漂亮超級喜歡！！因為早上司機來接，太趕了沒來得及吃早餐還準備了小蛋糕讓我們帶着吃。第二天和第三天住了博物館酒店，相比之下這邊看着外觀沒有很洞穴，但是工作人員更有人情味，設施也更新一些。等到天氣暖和一點一定會再回來！
