Radisson Blu Euphoria Resort, Mykonos

What a beautiful place to spend our honeymoon and make memories. We stayed here in August for our honeymoon and brought our 4 yr old son along. The resort and views are just as good as they look on the photos. The rooms are to a high standard and replenished daily. One of the best things about this hotel is they staff. They really are a credit to the whole experience. All of them were so friendly and accommodating. Little extras for our son and just genuinely making the holiday better. The hotel food is expensive but to a very good standard, we didn’t have one bad meal. The location is not walking distance to amenities but if you hire a car or get taxis it causes no problems.

The hotel is very nice and small , the room size is okay with a big balacony and bath tub , the stuff were helpful but they refuse to make an early check in and we went to the hotel by 6:00 am they said the earliest is 3 pm so we went to sleep in another hotel . The location is good but you must have a car it is 10 mins walking to the beach but the hotel is in a hill so its hard to walk , and the city center like 7 mins with car , the cleanliness was okay not good but not bad the brealfast is really poor .they have to improve it , overall a nice experience

Amazing hotel with excellent amenities and magical views of the Kalo Livadi beach, it is simply a peice of heaven in Mykonos, and all the staff was really kind and willing to attend any request, and special thanks to Apostolis and Maria from the reception.

Truly an amazing stay. One of the best ever hotels we have stayed at. The staff was awesome. A special mention to Anna the manager, she made our stay very pleasant and unforgettable. The hotel is situated a bit far from the town but the scenery makes it worth the distance. The relaxing atmosphere the breakfast and the cocktails all made this a five star experience! The room was very spacious and clean. The Mediterranean architecture is also a marvel to look at. Great hotel ✨✨✨✨✨Would recommend it for anyone intending to travel to Mykonos.

We arrived in Mykonos especially for the beach closest to the hotel - Kalo Livadi. According to the hotel description, the beach is 300 meters from the hotel; we therefore reasonably assumed that we would walk there. We arrived early and while we were waiting for our room to be ready. We decided to go to the beach. As soon as we started walking, we were alarmed to find a super-steep downhill walk on a motor road with no sidewalk. Extremely non-friendly walk. After a few minutes, my mother slipped on the decline and twisted her ankle. We hardly made it back up to the hotel. We went straight to the reception and explained that this is not what we had expected - we believed there would be an accessible walking path from the hotel to the beach, and there is no way we can walk there under these circumstances. As the hotel is rather isolated with no public transport around, we had no way of getting to the beach other than booking a taxi especially every time for a 2 min drive. We realized we would have to change hotels, and explained this to the staff asking for at least a partial refund. We did not even go into our room, we made a booking with a different hotel and left within the hour. Reception said they had inquired with the management, and there is no way they would compensate us in any way because the booking was non-refundable, we received the same response when we reached out to Radisson's customer service. The one dish we ordered at the pool bar was inedible.

Radisson Blu Euphoria would be a wonderful little resort if it wasn’t for the incompetent management, led by Anna Bodeci, who has no place running a hotel. It is truly a great shame, because her staff are friendly and helpful, and the resort's elevated position offers spectacular views of the Aegean Sea. During The Cultured Traveller’s stay, door handles came off multiple doors, a patio door came off its hinges, the toilet seat was broken from day one, and room service hot drinks and breakfast items were routinely served without basics like saucers under cups, sugar, salt and pepper. A half-decent €30 seafood risotto dish was served to our room with a paper napkin. Wine prices at Radisson Blu Euphoria are vastly more expensive that almost every restaurant on the island, with popular bottles marked up by more than four times the cellar price. Sadly, most guests don’t have a car and have no choice but to pay the resort’s exorbitant prices for mediocre food. A Greek salad at Radisson Blu Euphoria is €25. A Greek salad at a very good fish restaurant 5-minutes' drive away is €9. So if you stay at Radisson Blu Euphoria, make sure you have a car!

Incredible place. The staff here are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Anna the hotel manager couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. Also Apostolis on reception was so helpful with advice and places to visit. Also huge thanks to Maria, Mara and Christos. Food was excellent. Breakfast was incredible. Only downside was the massive hill to walk up! However we hired a quad so we only did it once !! View from our room was stunning. Location is a bit far from the main town, however the hotel is itself is exceptional.

We spent 2 1/2 days in this resort. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Calling them before hand they arranged for pick up ride from the airport. They made sure that our stay is amazing and the rooms are clean and the access to the private pool area was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent as well. You can pick from the buffet or order off the menu and it’s is all included Also, they assist me in getting a car rental pick you up from the hotel to the rental agency which I think it’s so important so you can cut back on the expenses of taxis. We went all around the island to the marina and very nice restaurants. Also give you the luxury to go and explore other beaches The front desk staff managed to accommodate our kids to be next to us since our travel agent did not arrange that. They were so prompt and responsive to our needs. Would definitely use this resort again.

this is definitely not 5 stars hotel.more likely 3 stars.from the terrible road that leads to this property you will find bad maintenance and dirty rooms with lots of mosquitos. the WI FI was poor. the water pressure was poor and the heat temperature adjustment was impossible, you can choose frome ice cold to burning hot water . the breakfast is very poor, only one salad ,no olives , no Feta cheese but the worse thing is the attitude of the staff, we had breakfast and asked for coffee, the waitress said that it will be extra charge cause it's 10 minutes after the breakfast time .such a shame
