Firt room phone didnot work .tv did not work .fridge didnot work had to wait till 2nd day to be moved to another room then the second room sliding glass door handle allmost broke off in our hand was broken .the window molding was not seald had a big crack where thethe window moved back and forth . Reported it nothing was done about itat all . Will never ever stay there again . Also mold in slidind glass doorways . Gross and rude and not on top of their propertys . Maintence was called over 10 times never ahowed up to fix the problems at all . I took pics and videos to document every thing as proof and showed the aupervisor and still nothing done .

Not perfect, but we will be back We were very pleased with our stay after a rocky start. The hotel is understaffed. I felt bad for the young lady behind the counter as there is a surge of people showing up at check in and everyday we were there, we only saw one person working at a time. All that being said, she was very friendly even though it was obvious she was overwhelmed and many of the guests were being rude to her. When we got to our room we immediately checked for bed bugs and were pleased to find none. We did however find a that the sheets on one of the bed were not clean. The cleaning staff didn't speak english so it took some work to sort out. The girl at the front counter had a dozen people waiting so I didn't want to bother her. After that, everything was great. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The only complaint I had was there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Not a fan or anything. After showering, it was steam filled for some time. All that being said, we would definitely stay there again. I feel it is an exellent value for what you pay.

The lady at front desk was friendly. The room was nice an clean.Beds were comfortable. The view was amazing.All in all it was a great place to stay would stay again
