Services was great! Food was good. Pool side restaurant. Ocean front balcony. Only downside there was no microwave for left overs or food brought for long stay…

I am very upset that my room was dirty in several areas including hair and dirt. We had a very busy schedule and did not want to deal with this. This is the first time that this has happened at this property. I really want a refund or two free nights back. I emailed the property and normally don't complain however it is a lot of money for what we dealt with.

I adored the property.
The rooms need more lighting for sure. Microwave in them. The access to the beach was amazing. Outside of the property I didn’t like much.

Pillows were too soft and get pressed down quick, a noisy neighbor but the staff was wonderful including Andrea that help us jump start our dead battery. All and all good experience

When you walk in to this hotel you immediately feel welcomed! The lobby is gorgeous with tons of seating options. The restaurants on site are great but pricey. The place was very clean. Our room was clean with all the pillows! The view was nice as well. The property is very well kept and beautiful. I visited the spa and I would 100% recommend. The hotel is also in a more private area but very close to amazing restaurants.

The place was amazing. Close to shopping and places to eat. The staff were amazing. Mo in the dining room was exceptionally nice. The valet staff were also nice.

Just stayed December 8th and had one of the worst hotel stays I've had in years. First off, they were hosting a construction Christmas party which is fine but they should have booked all of the guests for that event on their own floors. I was placed next to two rowdy rooms 11:00 p.m. called down to the front desk and complained 11:40 p.m. still rowdy and called down again to make a complaint. Noise stopped for a while until 2:00 a.m. where I called back downstairs and was so furiated that the hotel staff and security did nothing to stop this that I had to go downstairs to the front desk and complain. They made me move rooms from the 7th to the 12th floor without kicking the two problem rooms out of the hotel or moving them so I had to move all of my luggage and personal belongings at 2:00 a.m. in the morning.
