Oceanfront rooms. Balcony little small and I prefer not be on 9 th floor next time but all around good

The room had a couple of mold spots on the ceiling, and the floor had some spots where it looked like it had been half mopped. As far as the location goes, it was just right. The only other problem that I had was the breeze way, the parking lot, the elevators were not cleaned, and they had no complimentary breakfast for the guest. Also, it smelt like **** the whole time there, and the pools were always crowded. All and all it was a good stay.

Everything turned out well, I had a problem with a non working microwave. It was replaced promptly , the evening courtesy calls were appreciated. Will stay again. Thank you

The room was horrible.. it had a very bad smell to it. Not clean. We had to buy disinfectant wipes and wipe everything down. The room was very out dated. I didnt enjoy my stay at all.

Cleanliness is average..front desk staff are okay ! Room are okay for the price .just the house keeping wont come everyday..+ you have to get whatever u need in the room like toiletries and some for the kitchenette in the front desk.

The staff was so friendly. The property exceeded our expectations with beautiful views and nice pool / hot tub amenities. The room was clean and everything functioned as expected. BEAUTIFUL beachfront views! We would definitely stay here again!

They didn’t have toilet paper wouldn’t clean room. When we got there the oven was nasty and unusable. Had to request dishes that was brought up dirty. Have stayed here multiple times and this was the worst by far.

Room was ok but it wasn’t clean. (Might be in the middle of remodeling/upgrading). The bed skirts were too big for the beds; there was no remote control to one of the televisions, televisions were really small and could only get one Iocal channel and about 10 sports channels. Wi-fi was real sketchy. There were no dishes or silverware. No decor in the room. Beds were comfy though and no bugs!
