La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Myrtle Beach Broadway Area

Everything was pretty good! The beds weren't the most comfortable unfortunately but that's because we prefer firmer mattresses. The only real nitpick was that the coffee maker wasn't clean, some previous guests must have mistakingly poured coffee grounds into the water trough at the top & I couldn't clean it out because the coffee maker was secured to the wall. Otherwise the room was nice, the towels & bathroom were clean, etc.

Nothing to tell other than the Motel was needing a bit of refurbishment...

Disappointed Stay – Not What I Expected I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. Upon arrival, the front desk staff member was very abrasive and unfriendly. I felt rushed during check-in, as it seemed she was more focused on ending her shift than assisting guests. To make matters worse, one of the beds in the room was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress had a noticeable dent in the middle, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope improvements are made in both customer service and room quality for future guests.

Room was super dirty and dusty along all the baseboards and near furniture, no shower curtain when we arrived and shower was dirty with hair all over. Pool area smelled like gas, several people were smoking and had alcohol in the area even though signs were posted they weren’t allowed and one of the pool gates wasn’t working which was super inconvenient. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

It was ok and quite. And you get breakfast every morning.
