Hotel where we recently stayed for a week. Small dark room with sloping walls in the roof. You have everything you need, but a few things could be better. Worn out mattresses, TV that is much too small with no foreign channels. So the room could use an update. Bad smell in the spa area, lack of ventilation? Too loud music in the sauna itself, not relaxing. Food top quality, breakfast and dinner, very tasty. Bar ok. Friendly staff in the bar, restaurant and wellness, unfortunately a smile is missing at reception. Customer friendliness could also be improved, for example we were obliged to pay immediately upon arrival. Payment in cash the next day was not allowed. Since we arrived on a Sunday, we had not yet exchanged cash. The first night had already been paid in advance. So everything had to be arranged immediately with the credit card, which meant we had additional exchange costs. They also try to pay for the credit card in Euro at their own poor exchange rate instead of in PLN. Fortunately, we now know the tricks through years of travel experience :-)

We have been coming to the hotel since 2015. Unfortunately, from year to year we can see a significant deterioration in the quality of services. First of all - the receptionist lied to me when booking, promising a room on the first floor (I wanted it because I was with a small dog that I have to go out with often). I got a room on the third floor and the lady said that I had to walk anyway (I traveled halfway across Poland to hear something like that). Secondly - everything is NO. I asked for the door to be opened from the other side to make it easier for me to get down with the dog (I can't take the elevator) - NO. I asked to store the food (there is no fridge in the room and there is no shared fridge) - NO. The dog must NOT be left in the room unattended and you must NOT enter the restaurant with it. You have to run to the terrace of the bar. The reception asks you to make arrangements with the kitchen to go out with food, and the kitchen asks if the reception knows. Employees do not share information and each subsequent waiter chases the guest
